As we close out another year, it’s worth asking ourselves a simple but powerful question:
What lessons can I carry forward that will make 2026 better than the year before?
We all go through seasons where we feel angry, hurt, overwhelmed, or stuck. Those emotions matter. They’re part of being human, and they deserve to be acknowledged and worked through. But when we stay in them, when we sit in anger, fear, despair, grief, or loss, they begin to shape our lives in ways that hold us back.
The truth is this: If we refuse to learn from the experiences that brought us to those painful places, it becomes very hard to grow beyond them.
Maybe you’re ending this year feeling bruised or exhausted. Maybe you’re mourning something, or someone, you lost. Maybe you’re carrying frustration or fear into the new year. If so, that’s OK. There’s no shame in being human.
But remember: The longer you stay in that place, the longer it hurts.
So as 2026 approaches, consider making a different choice, a hopeful one.
There are always lessons hidden inside the hardest moments. Some are painful to learn, but once you do, they become tools. They become clarity. They become strength. They help you understand not only what you don’t want anymore, but what you do want to build moving forward.
And that’s where transformation begins.
This year, instead of carrying only the pain, carry the wisdom. Instead of focusing on what went wrong, focus on what you now know. Instead of shrinking from the past, use it as a foundation for the life you want to create.
Learn the lessons. Choose hope. Build the life of your dreams.
Wishing you a blessed, peaceful, and purpose‑filled 2026. God bless you.
